Joseph F. Coughlin, Ph.D. is Director of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology AgeLab. Author of more than 100 publications, he teaches policy and systems innovation in MIT’s Department of Urban Studies & Planning as well as the Sloan School of Management Executive Education Program. He is author of the on-line publication Disruptive Demographics, a regular contributor to Wall Street Journal MarketWatch, he is one of Fast Company Magazine’s ‘100 Most Creative People in Business’.
